Chuck peters

After thirty years in corporate management, leading large organizations such as Amana Refrigeration and small start-ups such as Breakthrough to Learning, Chuck began to focus on wholeness and generativity in building community. He is a co-author of The Way of Generativity – From Separation to Resonance.

In the last five years he has been centered on effective early learning environments for children ages 3-11, primarily focused on developing literacy while maintaining wholeness and agency for the learners. He created three videos about a transformed school in London. For that background, and links to those videos see Generative Education.

Generative Education is only possible if the leaders developing the learning systems embrace the WholeWorld-View, that “mind and consciousness aren’t something we have - but rather what we, and the whole world, are.”

Chuck has been involved in the leadership of the boards of several colleges, and has been chair of the board of Foundations in Learning for the last ten years.

He recently joined the board of the Transformative Learning Foundation.
